@adamdunnage Hi! No, the channels and devices pie charts do not have this inconsistency. It is only on locations. And only the Others slice is “out of order”. Again the percentage of that slice is right, it is just the user count that is not. It looks as though not all users are taken into account when adding them up to form this “other” group.

If you really need the recorded experience, let me know. This is more work and I will need time to set that up and let you have the results.

    Hi Adam,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I did what you asked. According to me, the numbers still don’t add up. I have included the latest screenshot from SiteKit and included an export of the numbers from Analytics. I will try to attach them to this reply.

Numbers for this in SiteKit are as follows:

    30.1% Netherlands = 131 users
    21.1% Italy = 92 users
    12.9% US = 56 users
    5.7% Belgium = 25 users
    30.1% Others = 81 users

I think it could be that the remaining percentage is assigned to Others. The percentage is therefor correct but the user count is probably only users in e.g. the top 10? That would not account for all users and therefor show an incorrect count? But I am only guessing here…

The analytics data in PDF for this pie is here

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards, Martijn
