Harish,
I can use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to add fields to the registration form and store them in user meta. These do show up on the User Profile. I can then sync those fields through this Mailchimp plugin’s user sync. That is, all fields EXCEPT interest groups, because interest groups do not come up as options. See image.
So to get back to my original question from my original post, does this plugin support syncing interest groups or not? You provided a code snippet that was irrelevant (even when corrected) because it doesn’t store anything in user meta, which you waited until your third reply to mention.
Harish,
I’m able to get this into user meta myself, but that doesn’t change the fact that the interests field is not a selectable option when matching up fields in User Sync. i.e., every field from Mailchimp is listed there except the one for interests. So even if I had the values in user meta, there is nothing to sync it to. I’ve refreshed the list, tried a new list, etc., but the interest field is never able to be selected.
Can you provide any guidance on that?
Thanks
Harish,
Thanks for the reply. That got it showing up on the registration form. Do I need to do anything special on the User Sync addon for the interests to sync? The interest group field doesn’t show up under the synced Mailchimp Fields.
Thanks
This seems to reference woocommerce. I’m just trying to add this to the default WordPress registration form, no woocommerce involved. Is this still the correct snippet?

In reply to: [Quick Restaurant Menu] Certain unicode characters seem to break CSS?Yes, but I would suggest that a restaurant menu plugin should probably support unicode characters such as ½, which are often used on menus and in many circumstances looks better than typing out 1/2.
