In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi Darian,
Everything seems fine on my PC, but on a mobile phone I’m back to where we started with the table all out of alignment.
Thanks, Will

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi,
Sorry, I spoke too soon, the mobile version has now fallen apart again … and there’s no colors. I’ve emptied all the caches, but it sill not working.
I just don’t know what else to try – any suggestions gratefully accepted. I’m getting a lot of emails about this now!
Thanks, Will

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi,
I’ve follow the instructions on the “Fixing the Category Colors migration issue” page, but the migration still hasn’t worked (all caches flushed etc). I’m just seeing the same couple of random colors.
For now, I’ve reverted to version 6.13.0, with the additional colors plug-in and disabled auto-updates …. which seems to be working fine.
Do you have any other suggestions please?
Many thanks, Will

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi,
No, I don’t think the colors have migrated. Looking at another post about color migration and you suggested they check some hooks in scheduled actions.
As a mater of interest I checked them and found that tec_events_category_colors_migration_postprocess has failed …. so I guess I need to follow the instructions in your “Fixing the Category Colors migration issue” post?
Just to be sure … if I follow this process, will it retain all the events? (I’ve got a lot)
Thanks, Will

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi Darian,
Unfortunately, the colors aren’t correct. There’s only two showing – and neither corresponds with the correct category.
I’ve tried disabling all caching and have excluded /event/ from WPRocket caching, but nothing’s changed. What can I try next please?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi Darian,
It’s odd, Only one category color is show all year (Grey – for mens events) – until October, when there are two (grey, and light blue – for mixed events). None of the other colors are visible – for instance, on the 23rd October, the “13 Hole Competition” should be red as it’s in the Ladies category.
I’ve tried all your suggestions, but nothing has changed. It’s very odd.
Thanks, Will

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar pushed over to the right on mobile devicesHi Darian,
Great, that sorted it out – thanks!
While I was looking at the calendar, I noticed that there was a new version that incorporated the category colors plug-in (which I had). I’ve migrated to that, but the category colors only show on the current month – when you click to the next month, there’s no category colors.
Please could you suggest what I should do?
Many thanks – Will
Hi,
OK, I’ve run through that list and my Google feeds are all still empty and my AWIN feed still won’t update.
Can you suggest anything else? I’ve spend a month messing with server / browser caching, CRON, filters, rules etc – I’m just going round in circles now.
I’ve got to get these feeds working again – Any help / suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks,
WillHi,
No, that feed is for Affiliate Window (that’s the one that won’t update)
I have five other xml feeds for Google – these are all empty. For example;
UPDATE (2)
Hi,
I’ve just noticed that all my Google Merchant Feeds have been empty since the 26th July.
Could this be related to my long running problem – or should I raise this as a new issue?
Many thanks,
Will
UPDATE
In conjunction with our web hosts, I have now turned off all caching (static, dynamic, CDNs etc) and have added some .htaccess code they provided to specifically exclude the product feed from being cached. I have also excluded the feed from being cached in WP Rocket.
…. but however and where ever I view the feed, it still doesn’t show the changes I made over a week ago. (Product IDs 6722, 6723 and 6724 should all be £7.99, not £8.00)
Could you tell me what prices you can see for these products please? I just can’t see that the feed’s being updated.
Many thanks,
Will
Hi,
Hmmm, that’s very interesting. I’ll contact our website hosts and see what they suggest.
Many thanks,
Will
Hi,
This is really confusing.
I’ve just checked the feed in WooCommerce and the price of the 3 products (6722, 6723 & 6724) is still listed as £8.00.
It’s been 5 days since I changed them from £7.99 to £8.00 and I haven’t altered them since. It all seems very random.
Just to confirm, if you look at the feed, can you see £7.99 or £8.00 for these 3 products?
Many thanks,
Will
