It did not fix my issue, and I wonder if it is because my Web hosting company uses NGINX instead of apache?
Is it possible that XMLRPC is disabled for my hosting account, and I need to request they enable it?
I have tried using http://, https:// and have even tried without the http at all, and I get the same error every time.
I have double checked the username and password, and they are correct as well.
