I found I had to fix this via activating a different theme then delete my desired theme to reupload it. :S

In reply to: How to disable Search Box & Enter search term boxWhen pressing F12 to get into a firebug similar tool to inspect the code I dont actually see any area in google chrome’s main browser highlight the search areas it just goes over the navigation bar.

I didn’t check this section – it had some default stuff including search altogether nothing I wanted so I removed it all. This area now looks like the below screenshot though the issue persists!
