BTW I’m running PHP 5.4 (highest version supported by GoDaddy)

I’ve since upgraded first to PHP 5.3 and then to PHP 5.4 but the problem persists.
Finally I remove the plugin and then reinstalled it -> the problem persists.
Any ideas?
