cached w/ W3 total cache
Deactivated all plugins
Had host check cache at there end.
Still cannot get pages to update w/ new text or widgets added.
Changed copyright date to 2016 in footer and that
would not update.

Thank you for quick response. I see you moved post to troubleshooting. I noticed mistake after post.
I will try caching areas first and then do plugins if necessary.
I would have to contact support of hosting company for server
cache issue. Is that correct?
