Support responded to my ticket this morning,
“Hi there,
Thanks for following up – I’ve gone ahead and fixed the issue that was preventing you from logging in.
Please try signing in again at WooCommerce.com using your WordPress.com account. It should now work without any problems.”
So, this topic is resolved for me now, although I don’t know what exactly caused the problem to begin with, but something must have been wrong with my account.
