You said better not copy the script online. About the relaying disallowed problem, i googled and found this at zoho support page:

When you send emails from other software, if the email address you specify does not match the email addresses in the account for which authentication details provided by you, you will get the ‘Relaying disallowed’ error when trying to send emails through the servers.
Generally, it may happen when you use a default address as sender (in a coded program), or when you have mistyped the email address section in the configuration. You will be able to receive emails, as only the authentication will be required for syncing emails. Only when you send emails, the email address with which you send is matched with the credentials you provide for the outgoing server. Hence correcting the email address would resolve this issue.
When you send emails via SMTP client, if the email address you have entered does not match the email address for the account details provided, the client will not be able to send emails and will get a Relaying disallowed.

can i send you the credentials of my site to your email so you can check it out? I input name and email address correctly. The email log is automatically generated and i didn’t change any part of the log.

i use contact form 7 and my company email is using zoho
when i fill out the contact form 7, in indicates it has sent successfully but i never got email at zoho.
I started to use Postman a few month ago and it seems to be working for a while but recently, whenever i try to click the send button at the form 7, it says:
Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
i went to the log and found the status of this email is: Invalid e-mail address.

Notice, the test email is working.
