Thank you for your response. I was not able to access the link above as its for the Vantage theme. I can only access the support for Hirebee.

Anyhow, I was able to get it to work.
I am using a child theme. I had to update the wrapper.php to include the following in the header tag:
<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”<?php echo get_stylesheet_directory_uri(); ?>/favicon.ico” />

Then I placed the favicon.ico file under my child directory under /images

Didn’t think that would work but it did!
