The version you have provided a direct download link for version 1.5.4 of the plugin does not work.
Incompatible Archive.
This is the response when I try to install the file.

Same problem, tried all possible solutions to no avail.
Only using the “card” widget all others are off.
Tried elementor with basic theme and no plugins activated just happy addons, still can;t edit a page with elementor.
Deactivated the happy addons and I am able to edit.
Please advise.

Would you happen to have an updated version of the WP RSS Multi Importer.
I have been using the plugin for a long time now but with all the wordpress updates the plugin has started to give me problems.
