Thanks for your help.
Using the WP admin > Ticket > Support/Request List > Create Ticket > I was able to create the ticket and it shows up on the osTicket db. However there is no working support form, I could send you some images if it could help. I can give you more details but don’t want to share all the details to everyone, is there a secure way to get you this info?Regards,
