What they don’t tell you, is even if you pay them, you’ll still have to give google your credit card too to still use those features. And if someone refreshes your page more than 24k times a month you’ll be PAYING google too per load.
I’ve got the same problem and I would like to allow users to upload dump files from a program I’m programming.
This has to do with changes in PHP 5.4.x. Downgrade to 5.3.19 stable branch and you’ll see the messages disappear.
