I deleted the temporary files & cookies from the web browser and then I refresh the web browser. Afterwards, I deactivated and deleted the Simply Static plugin. If anyone has any suggestions on how to generate a output zip file, I will reinstall the Simply Static plugin and follow the suggested solution. Thanks.
I installed the Simply Static plugin and I went ahead and click the option to generate static hmtl files. Then Export Log had fetched 5,584 out of 9,934 files, but I didn’t realize that I had to firstly adjust the settings to save these files as “offline to zip file”. I tried to cancel the process, but it would not cancel the process. So I tried to logout of the wp-admin control panel and log back in. However, the process was still generating static html files. So I deactivated the Static Html plugin, and deleted it. Afterwards I reinstalled the Static Html plugin and I adjusted the Settings to save the static files to offline to a zip file. Then I clicked the option to generate the static files, but it seemed to have time out on two occassions and no zip file was created. The activity log and export log has been spinning around for hours and it will not generate a zip file.
