In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] Insufficient rights ? in WP-PRO-QUIZIt could be another plugin that was updated or installed that is causing a conflict. Disable all other plug-ins and activate them one at a time to find out if there is a conflicting plugin.
It could also be corruption in your database as well. If you remake the quiz, does the problem go away?

In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] Check boxes not showing up in questionsTry disabling all plugins (except wp pro quiz) and use the default wordpress theme. See if you still get a database error. If you still get the database error, post the database error message.
Also make sure you are using the latest WP Pro Quiz, and have the latest wordpress installed.

Paid membership feature is not part of WP Pro Quiz. To do something like that you are going to need to find another plugin that can work with WP PRO Quiz.
That will require testing on your part if you can find something that works the way you want it to.

In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] source code?I don’t recommend you change the source code. As soon as WP Pro Quiz comes out with an update, your changed source code files are over written and the new version of WP Pro Quiz is installed, once you update to the latest version of WP Pro Quiz.
If you really want the source code, right click on the “Download Version 0.28” and select “save link as” if you are on a windows computer to get the source files in .zip format.

At the bottom of the configuration page, there is a check box called
“Activate graduation”Enable this check box and setup what the passing score would be. If the user gets the passing grade, have a web link to the next test for the test taker to take.

Another thing to try is using a default wordpress theme. Sometimes themes cause a problem and its worth trying a default theme to see if the problem goes away.

This could also have occurred from a hardware error on your database server.

In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] Cannot save selected answersDid you try changing the themes back to a standard WordPress theme? Try that to rule out that it is a theme problem. Also try disabling all plugins, except for WP PRO Quiz to rule out a plugin incompatibility problem.
