The login form is the wp-login.php which is designed by BuddyBoss, so I would have to deactivate all of buddyboss to test that. I could create a staging if needed, because I don´t want to deactivate all of it in the life system. I will now do some tests with the health check plugin.

=> The debug file does not show anything about your plugin.

I realized the issue too late to do the tests about the plugin updates again. I would have to pay for that now, as I don´t have any self created backups before the buddyboss update.

thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately the system does not send me any emails about the error (which also never happened before). What you could try is to add this email adress into the lost password field and see what shows up as error message when you try to reset it. [ email deleted, don’t post that here even in test ]

I don´t know if there are useful informations. If not I could activate the debug mode.
