In the latest update v4.7 of ContactForm 7 this problem is solved for me.
Here the same problem. I only get the first E-mail (setup at the top in Contactform 7).
When option Email (2) is activated I still get the first mail, but the Email (2) isn’t send. Also the submit-button keep showing a busy-cursor after it is pressed.
