So it was not the SSL plugin I installed but was the “WP Mail Logging” plugin that was updated at the same time that I installed the SSL plugin. Thanks for the help!
I am creating the post through the WordPress admin panel. It was working before I switched everything over to SSL.
Also, if I send a test email from the plugin it does hit the Postman SMTP log. So it seems like for some reason it’s not picking up the new post.
Thanks for the quick reply. I do have Postman SMTP installed and viewed the log, and it is successfully sending emails about other website activity just not new posts.

Thanks. I missed that part. I’ll just add everyone in the BCC field and send it to a single email address.
