For whatever reason, to get the answer to display, i have to create a 2nd content item under each accordion item on those pages to display a content item. The first content item is not displaying.
it’s just a weird phenomena that was discovered when i initially noticed the missing content.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Accordion Not OpeningCorrect, you cannot create a 2nd Accordion Content Item under an Accordion Item. At least I couldn’t figure out how to. Other than duplicating it.
This is a temporary workaround that will be delted later.
I tried just adding a container and thought it was working, but later it broke. Not sure if this work around will hold up either, and may try adding just a container again.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Accordion Not OpeningHi Ying, I deleted and re-added all of the accordions generated using GeneratePress, but it appears some were manually created as part of a custom html / shortcode feature my developer implemented for me.
I will need to have him take a look at those. It’s likely something is conflicting with that as the accordion works fine on my home page, but not the pages with that specific shortcode.
I can use the workaround for now – duplicating the content item, moving it above the other, and leaving it blank – until he has time to take a look…

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Accordion Not OpeningI’m guessing you may need to refresh your page or something, as I just tried two separate devices and 4 browsers and the first FAQ drop-down is no longer working since I removed the first content item.
Also, you have to go view the source code to see the first content item is not displaying publicly on the other 3 FAQs. I will do a screencast..

I removed the 2nd content item on the first accordion now so you could see that it is not opening.
Most of these accordions did originate from a duplication, but I tried creating an entirely new one as a test and had the same issue. Thx.

In reply to: [Clicky Analytics] Filter Logged in UsersAlso, how come if Clicky knows its the same user by associating the visitor with several previous usernames, the new visit (UID) doesn’t get filtered as well. I believe the old UIDs are, but can’t say whether they even exist any more…

Yeah, it’s weird. I tried clearing each caching module individually and it didn’t fix itself, including the page cache of that individual page. The only one I hadn’t tried was the clear ALL “page cache” module before going in and clicking to edit that post, then clicking the “update” button. At that point, it began working on all pages again.. Just an FYI.
