I think that they want to pay extra support fee to solve this. It sucks

Correct: My wordpress version is the 5.4.2.
I tried to update to 5.5.1 but with no success.
P.S. sorry, but after so many attempts “i lost the editions”, in previous posts.

I rollback my wp version to 5.5.1
The page is ok with this version.
The plugin issue with themes with Mega menu issue is ok with my theme.
