Hey there!
Any news here?
As I mentioned at the end of my message, the problem occurs after the update. The orders I wrote about were placed after the plugins were updated, on 22 and 23 November.
Hey, I checked about 40 orders from Google and Apple Pay. On this scale, there were about 5 orders where the phone number was not sent. With Apple Pay, the problem does not occur at all. With Google Pay, the problem only occurs for mobile devices; if someone orders via a desktop computer, the number is sent correctly (at least for the orders I checked). This does not mean that the number is not provided at all on mobile devices, because I also had orders from mobile devices where the number was provided correctly. The country for all orders is the same – Poland – so I did not find anything here either.
In fact, the only clue is the use of a phone to place an order.
Furthermore, yes, the issue persists after the update.

We only use Woopayments, Stripe is used within Woopayments, i.e. to process Google/Apple Pay payments. Everything went smoothly with my card. I couldn’t proceed to payment unless I entered my phone number, so it worked as intended. Could I ask you to escalate my ticket to a higher tier? I think the problem lies elsewhere and it may be a bug in Woopayments, or it may be something on Google’s side. My client has Woopayments installed on six different large stores, and I am afraid that if the problem is not resolved, we will have to find an alternative plugin that offers fast Apple/Google Pay payments.
I understand that, but you made yourself quite clear when you gave examples of situations where the customer does not have a current telephone number, or even when you gave examples of differences depending on the region. I cannot tell the customer (the shop owner) that the problem is unsolvable based on assumptions. I need hard evidence that Google Payments can actually work this way. My suggestion was also just a guess, which may not necessarily reflect reality.
As for express checkout itself, yes, that is clear to me. However, it is not clear to me why some orders have a telephone number while others do not.
Thank you for your answer, do you have any documentation to back up your words? I need to present it to the client.
I have updated Woocommerce and Woopayments to the latest version. I have noticed that a large proportion of new orders have a telephone number, but there are some where this number is not sent.
I am unable to confirm whether this was the case before the update, or whether all orders from Google Pay did not have a number assigned to them, I would have to verify this further. However, the question arises – if some orders have a phone number, could this be due to Google Pay itself and some of their payment policies? Perhaps it is possible to block the phone number from being displayed in the shop in Google Pay itself? As I wrote earlier, in my case, I had to update the phone number assigned to my card in order to complete the order. Otherwise, I could not proceed to payment.
@lovingbro hey, here is my status report with redacted data: https://gist.github.com/wojciechborys/75524e9c496f37bbc63e01f60e2d57e4
Great, can I send you link to status in private message? I wouldn’t like to share such sensitive data on an open forum.

In reply to: [HD Quiz] Extra content and Before question content not working properlyHi, thank you for your comprehensive response. I will verify the issue of possible conflicts more thoroughly, but as far as I know, it is simply a theme with the LearnDash plugin. Embedded media actually comes from the native WordPress player. Additionally, I noticed that the content is not displaying correctly, even if it is just plain text. Please confirm that this functionality is working correctly.
Well, sadly, this is not a reason. There is some kind of bug, I don’t really know why it’s not working. Anyway, I installed another plugin and it’s work good. Thanks, great plugin anyway!
Hey @glenwpcoder, sure. Here it is. http://road-cruiser.com/sell-your-camper. Even without errors in console it doesn’t work 🙁

In reply to: [Woo Add Custom States] Select changed to input textOkay, SO, for anyone wondering, I solved this problem. Turns out, it was problem with Woocommerce, not the plugin itself. I just had to turn on “Geolocation” in Woocommerce default client localization setting field.
Hey, thank you for contact.
Naturally, it’s here – http://bartek.creavity.pl/
It’s in polish, so you might have some troubles understainding it.The main searchbar is here: http://bartek.creavity.pl/blog/
CPT “definitions” searchbar – http://bartek.creavity.pl/definicje/
For now i have resolved my question by implementing another plugin – ivory search. It does it’s job, but doesn’t have “popular searches” functionality.
