In reply to: Windows Live Writer and WP 2.6I have a problem with WP installation and its XMLRPC function. I cannot establish an account in WLW for my blog. WhenI try to choose the blog platform and enter an adress of my XMLRPC file, it shows me a dialogue windows like this

the adress of the file is http://pk.org.pl/film/xmlrpc.php. The XMLRPC function is activated, everything was checked a dozen times, everything seems to be correct – but it doesn’t work.

In reply to: cannot recover passwordThe problem is now solved, I have removed the old activation code from the database and acquired a new one and then everything was OK. Thanks for the hints:)

In reply to: cannot recover passwordumm, I’ve checked a couple of times in the past two days and the site http://www.village-idiot.org seems to be dead at the moment
One more thing: the machine is sending me the same key all the time, and there is a ‘)’ sign in it, that somehow affects the whole key; the signs, that come after the ‘)’ sign, are not included into URL. Of course I,ve tried to copy/paste the key into the adress bar, but i didn’t help
