That was the help I needed. I went to the link you suggested, and then installed WP Healthcheck. It took a little time, but I had also access to a WooCommerce site that was running properly. With the Healthcheck and a site to compare to, I took off 5 plugins that were either incompatible or orphaned. The site page is now displaying properly.
