In reply to: [Nav Menu Images] Rollover imageIt’s not different from a “Hover” image. Looking at the Screenshots page of your plugin, it does look like there is a “Hover” feature, sorry I didn’t see this before. I was able to get it to work – thanks.

In reply to: wp-login.php page loading very slow, all other pages fineI know, I know. Sorry. I was hesitant as the site greatly depends on some of the plugins for access restrictions and I didn’t want to deactivate them if I didn’t have to. I was also fearful I would lose plugin settings when I reactivated. Out of all the plugins deactivated, only one didn’t retain its settings when I reactivated. But it only had a few settings that thankfully I remembered.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Plugin causing wp-login to load very slowlyGreat, thank you! Appreciate the prompt response. Not sure why it would only affect the login page, but we’re looking at our other plugins now to see if maybe there was a conflict between Menu Image and one of them.

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Plugin causing wp-login to load very slowlyI suppose it’s also possible that the plugin may be having issues with another plugin. We will look into this too.

In reply to: wp-login.php page loading very slow, all other pages fineOk, it was in fact a plugin issue. It was one of the few plugins I didn’t deactivate. I assumed it couldn’t possibly be an issue since the plugin nothing to do with the login page. Wow was I wrong. The plugin supposedly supports my version of WP too. Deactivating and notifying plugin author now.
Thank you for the help.

In reply to: wp-login.php page loading very slow, all other pages fineStill having the slow loading of wp-login.php when switching to default theme. Does not appear to be a theme-specific problem.

In reply to: [GF Upload to Email Attachment] Delete file after email?Great, thank you for the very prompt response!
I did have one more completely unrelated question and I apologize if it’s off-topic. I have another WordPress install that’s stuck on WP version 3.8.1. I haven’t tested your plugin with it yet, but do you think there’s a possibility it would work on 3.8.1? I know on the plugin description it mentions 4.2.2 or higher is required. I realize it’s not practical for you to test prior versions of WP nor would I expect it, but was just wondering what your thoughts were. Many thanks.

In reply to: [GF Upload to Email Attachment] Delete file after email?Hello,
Very interested in this and was just wondering what the status of this feature is?
I’d like to be able to send uploaded files on gravity forms via attachment, and have the file on web server deleted immediately after. Does this feature exist on the plugin yet, or is it still in beta and only obtainable with the function posted above?
I also feel there should be an option in the admin settings for this (if it doesn’t exist already).
Thank you for taking the time to develop this plugin! I think it’s very useful.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Internal notesWe’re also waiting for a fix. Haven’t heard back from Author, but a fix would be amazing. This is the one thing holding us back from using the plugin.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Internal notesHi Marco,
Do you have an email address I can reach you at? I’d be curious to know what the fee would be to push the feature. I imagine this is a feature many others would want as well so I may be able to contribute.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Internal notesHas anyone else experienced this issue or is it just me?
This is the biggest issue preventing me from using the plugin. We have internal notes that have information we don’t want the end user to see and currently they can see all internal notes when they view tickets from within WordPress via the Key4ce plugin. It does make the message border box a different color for the internal notes, but they’re still readable by end users.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Problem whit Attachments on the filesystemI’ll play around with the read permissions soon and let you know if I can get it to work.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Problem whit Attachments on the filesystemI’m having the same problem. When I try to view an attachment within WP (Key4ce) I am redirected to this page http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/lib/attachment/download.php
Once redirected to this page, the following message appears:
File not found or inaccessible!
The path appears correct, and upon checking FTP, download.php does appear to exist.

In reply to: [Groups] Generate directory for specific groupsThank you so much itthinx. I was able to use your suggestion B to implement [groups_list_users] to make it work. The only thing is (which I probably didn’t really explain in original email), I’d like to pull the group user’s first name, last name, and email. I was able to modify the group-list-users plugin to generate the table exactly how I want with this info. The only issue I’m facing now is that I’d like to sort the table alphabetically by user’s last name.
Any suggestions for an easy way to do this. I was thinking about dumping the group info into an array and then sorting the array before outputting the results. But if there’s an easier way I’d love to know.
Thanks,

In reply to: [OSD Exclude From Search Results] Exclude custom post type not workingThanks for the fast turn around osd! I just updated and it appears to have fixed the issue. Excluding search results by post type is now working. This functionality is exactly what I need.
