segare, You need to install the plugin TinyMCE Advanced and this will add a menu under setting in your wordpress dashboard. From the settings menu you can add extra buttons. There is a button for different fonts and a button for the font size, just drag and drop them into the menu above and save changes, then go to a page or post and click the button kitchen sink.

On all my websites I now use Georgia font and make it 4px high. I have found that this font in 4px high is easier to read (more like a newspaper).
Your website is OK but could do with some images to brighten it up.
I made the site simply so it would be easy to navigate and it would load quickly.
As for traffic could do with some more. Finding it hard to get in the top ten of Google for all my keywords.
