Yes. You can store your files anywhere. Or load files directly from the scanner to your website.

Sorry for late response. This plugin is for inventory count. You can use the physical scan gun to scan how many items in stock, but not to synchronize the quantity you sold. You can try out our http://woopos.com/ windows app, free version available.
