In the name field you see “pls match the requested format” when guests try to post a comment using the post comment button. This prevent the comments from being posted as the message keep popping up each time the “post comment ” button is clicked to send the message.
why do you see this words “pls match the requested format” when the post comment is clicked to send the comment The names suppose to be in text format and no matter the text format it keeps popping up when guests try to send messages.

And second the “sign in link” still appears at the from end even when you chose to hide it from the back end setting
