Text on the placeholders at the moment are not accessible for translation.
Translations are provided for those placeholders but are shown in case that the web visitor switch his browser language.
We are in the process of thinking how can we improve this area.

The chat component is wrapped in a div named “wplc-chat-container”. You can control whether that div area will be shown or not via your own CSS/Javascript code.

Unfortunately at the moment this is not exposed for configuration. We will look at it and we might include it as part of an upcoming update.

1. What version of the plugin you are in?
2. If you upgrade please provide the version from which you upgraded from.
3. What browser you are using?
4. Do you get any console errors on your Browser Tools?

Unfortunately at the moment there is no option on changing the minimized icon.
By default are those 3 icons that are defined per state of the chat window.Hello @jerrald
What I would suggest is to use the “Mode” configuration option and set it to “Phone Only”
Then on your WordPress configuration you can create a “Text” Widget where you can put the shortcode from the “3CX Live Chat” administration page.
