If I understood correctly, you have a problem with z-index and chatbox button doesn’t appear.Check your theme/plugins z-index and adjust accordingly. You can also change our plugin CSS and increase z-index.
Consider that maximum value for z-index is currently 2147483647 on all major browser, anything higher is set to that value.Which live chat elements do not appear on the page? If you provide the website url with the issue, it’s easier to troubleshoot.

Next updates will follow normal behavior with version change and plugin dashboard notification.

Yes, this is a good compromise if you’re low on memory. In any case, we have memory optimization on our todo list, stay tuned for next releases.
Thanks for your feedback. This could happen if you have low memory setting for PHP (256MB is not that much) and if you have a lot of chat sessions stored in the database. If this is the case, consider increasing PHP memory limit (you already did) or cleaning up chat history.
We’ll optimize dashboard to reduce resource usage.Which server mode are you using? 3CX High Performance Cloud Servers or OnPremise?
Can you verify if the issue happens on both modes?

Strange issue. Do you see any error on browser javascript console or in your php error log? Could easily be some conflict.
