Can you please check the Developer Tools for any errors on Affiliate Dashboard Page? It might be that an error on a control in that page is preventing the component from loading.

You can find the queue/extension that is connected with the live chat by navigating to the following page:
Live Chat > Settings > Advanced Features > Select your chat server
Please let me know if you need anything else.

If your live chat is pointing to a queue, you need at least one agent to be logged in in the queue.
If you are pointing to an individual extension, the user needs to have his status as Available.Forum: Plugins

@modemodom On your site there are errors on the developer tools of the browser.
Can you please give it a check on those, as it may stop the callus.js file from loading properly.
