The email address that is used is the one on “Settings”> “Administration Email Address”.

From the developer console tools I can see that there is an error with the CORS configuration. Can you please check that the configuration on Step 1 is in place?

Can you please be more specific what do you mean by 8.1? You update the PHP on your website to use 8.1?
As stable version I see the 8.0 – https://www.php.net/downloads.phpPlease provide more information.

“Settings” > “Chat Box” > “Chat box for logged in users only:” ?Also is it possible to share via email the URL of your site, in order to give it a check of the issue with the svg’s – [email protected]

The issue is that URL is not properly configured on 3CX Management Console.
Please make sure that you have specified the following URL “https://ctitechnicalservices.com” by executing those steps:
