Most likely the cause was the duplication of Google Analytics code by 2 different plugins with 2 different settings. This is the initial diagnosis and tests are ongoing, but I am almost certain that this was the cause of the strange results in Google Analytics. Thank you for your time. You can close this thread.
It looks like the marketing company duplicated the tracking tags. I unlinked GA4 from Pixel Manager yesterday and it turns out that Site Kit has the wrong settings. I’ll let you know when I know more.

As you can see, now the quantity in the cart (on the cart page) changes correctly, the additional shipping address fields are correctly hidden, you can change the delivery methods and select a point on the map. And so on.. There are also no errors in the console…
We have enabled Enhanced mode since my last post.
To see the problem, please add something to the cart and try changing, for example, quantity on the cart page.
Then go to the checkout page and see that many functions do not work, for example, shipping fields are always open or changing shipping methods does not work. You can also see errors in the console.
