Hi @bugnumber9 ! Sorry, my bad for being a bit vague; it’s the one from WP Overnight that we made it work with.
Thank you!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Critical error email with no html formattingHey! Sorry for the late reply!
I see I also deleted that message and can’t find a copy of it. Simply imagine an email like this one, but with zero html formating (no links, just the texts) and spaces..just one big blob of text: https://nimb.ws/0RCmT6
Thank you!HI @vishalzala18 !
that can be done using our pro version here, not the free one: https://superwpheroes.io/product/order-signature-for-woocommerce-pro/It generates a PDF of the order which the customer can print out.
It also works with the Invoices and Packing slips plugin.
TY!Thank you for reporting this guys! We will fix and provide an update!
Have a lovely day!Hi Oliver!
Thank you a lot for this input!
I sent it to the devs directly.
Cheers!Hi @cestep !
Thank you for reaching out!
Sending the signature via the order email is a PRO feature. It is also possible to make the signature optional, as a PRO feature, however, not depending on the payment gateway.
At the moment, you can either have it required or not. By default, the free version of the plugin comes with a required signature, as possible replacement for the usual TOS.

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Custom PDF filenameHi guys!
Sorry to butt in here; is there anything we can help with re. the Order Signature for WooCommerce side of things?
Thank you!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Add Signature to PDF InvoiceHi @4nzic !
it’s incredible how you have to manually subscribe to your own plugin here in order to get notified by email if a user asks for your help….
Anyways, really sorry for the slow reply.
I am not really sure we support that feature, no, as it is focused around displaying whatever info comes from WooCommerce + the signature, and not tag parsing I’m afraid.
You would probably have to use actual PHP variables while maintaining a patch thank you!Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [WP HOURLY] Doesn’t work. No response from Devs.Hi again @kingdingbat ! Did you get a chance to check my reply? Would love to see if that worked for you or not; maybe it would give a better understanding of it all and how it works. Thank you kindly!

In reply to: [WP HOURLY] Doesn’t work. No response from Devs.Hi @kingdingbat !
I believe we received your message, but we did not get a chance to reply in time, indeed! Really sorry for that; we are indeed pretty swamped with client work and apart for me handling support, there isn’t anybody available right now, I’m afraid. We’re not a big company 🙂
If you would still like to give it a go, please do see the documentation here: https://wphourly.com/docs-category/wp-hourly/The Project and Task item requires a user for that project to be assigned too, if not, it will not allow you to proceed. I have replied the forum thread about it as well.
We will be working on setting up some validation so that it is a bit more clear for people.
Thank you kindly for your feedback, it is much appreciated!

In reply to: [WP HOURLY] Creating Project FailsHi guys!
Sorry for the trouble! The fact is that it is not an error at all. Please see the docs for it: https://wphourly.com/docs-category/wp-hourly/
Also, sincere apologies, we did not manage to properly explain stuff yet apparently; we are working on it as well as trying to set up some validations in place; right now there are no many hints when something is done wrong unless you check the developer console.
So here is what is happening: in order to be able to create a project, you have to have a user with the role of “Customer” created beforehand, and that use must have the status of “Active”. That status is inserted by WP Hourly when creating a user or when editing one. Only then can you add a project, because the system requires at least a project title and owner (customer) to allow it to go through.
Same for creating Tasks; it asks for an assignee, which can be either an Admin or an Employee (new user role created by WP Hourly) which must as well be Active.
For whatever reasons we do not receive emails from this forum..please mail us at [email protected] and we are happy to answer any questions you might have regarding it. Thank you!.
Hey! Thank you for this! We do try to make it work with as many plugins as possible, obviously, we can’t make them all work in one go, so thank you for your effort; this is much apperciated.
Again, not sure why on earth we don’t receive notifications from this forum….
Hi Alam0!
Sorry for the late reply; we do not receive notifications from the forum.. it is getting frustrating….So, the plugin is intended to work with WooCommerce, as it is, out of the box.
We do follow the standard way of working, when it comes to WooCommerce, assuming that other plugin developers do the same. That means we use the available woocommerce hooks. That being said, our signature is displayed hooking up to one of thte standard WooCommerce ones.
When the signature does not show, it means that that hook is not present in your theme where it is expected, as theme developers create their custom woocommerce templates and they may remove or mix hooks around as needed.
Our PRO version comes with the ability to allow you to select from different possible hooks, one of which may be the one working for you. The other way around is to edit your template files and programmatically use our functions to display it.
When the signature shows up as a textbox, it means that there is a javascript conflict with your theme or another plugin.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that other themes or plugins would not conflict, as much as we try to reconciliate as many of them as possible.
Please do not hesitate to drop us a line at [email protected] for any questions.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WP HOURLY] create projectHi Edensam!
Sorry for the late reply… we don’t get notifications from the forum for whatever reason. If you could grant temporary access to [email protected] I can help set it up for you.
If not, here is how you do it:
1. you need to first activate the plugin, of course
2. Once the plugin is activated, you will see the WP HOURLY menu item in wordpress
3. Under that menu item, you will see you have Projects link: https://nimb.ws/w0SUlx which will lead you to the projects page with a button to add a new project. Our UI at the moment is standard WordPress for the most part, so you would add it just as adding a post or page.
From there on, it depends on how you wish to set it up; i.e. have a client assigned to it, tasks, etc.
Please let me know if this helps, if not, please feel free to email us.
