In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Strings to translateHey!
We are actually working as we speak to review all translatable strings.
Techincally, a plugin such as Loco translate should do the trick just fine 🙂Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Great plugin. Highly recommended!Hey!
Thank you most kindly for the positive feedback!
This is music to our ears 🙂Not sure on the active installations either to be honest. We have a pro version that people buy; people writting us for support directly for the free version too, and daily downloads, so really not sure.
We also have WP Hourly published too, yet that barely appears on searches here on ww.wp.xz.cn.
But never the less, happy to see the positive thoughts 🙂
There is a conflict between your Plugin and WCMP Vendor verification. They both use hybrid auth. Their HybridError class dose not have the same methods that you guys have and thats why the error is mentioned. Could we please fix this ?

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Signature textHi Myiah!
1. we are working on displaying the wavier text in the view-order endpoint as well as the email; this is currently in development. However, we did not plan on showing it on the edit order screen; nice idea; we will; so please stay tuned for an update
2. That is only possible using our PRO version of the plugin: https://superwpheroes.io/product/order-signature-for-woocommerce-pro/
I hope that clears it; if you have any other questions, please do let us know.
Thank you 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] WP 5.1 VerificationHi Cretan!

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Need signature pad in admin as wellHi there!
Really really sorry for the late response but I can’t understand why on earth we do not get email notifications when people write on the support forum. The signature pad should not be added in the admin side of the website for a simple reason: one person should NOT sign for another person.. that beats the purpose of the entire thing.
So I hope you understand why we can not fulfill such request.
ON THE OTHER HAND: you can achieve this by allowing the signature pad to be displayed on the VIEW ORDER page, for logged in users, that have not signed an order yet (for example, past orders that were in your system prior to you installing the plugin) using our PRO version of the plugin found here:
https://superwpheroes.io/product/order-signature-for-woocommerce-pro/
It will basically add a signature pad on a View Order in the customer account so that they can back-sign their existing orders. Please knwo we are working for a patch for this feature as we speak.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate us to contact us at [email protected] … not sure why we are not getting these support forum emails at all.
Cheers man!

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Can I make the signature required?Darn this notification system… I just checked the forum by curiosity; I did not get an email letting me know you wrote… so sorry for the late reply 🙁
The signature should be required by default, as that is the entire point of it; it even has error messages you can set up; if it is not working, it probably means you have a conflict BUT also, we have noticed a conflict with the latest Woo version we are working to fix… so that might just be it.
Can you please confirm that is the case?

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Strange conflict with multi step checkoutHey!
I was thinking…. is the code for your next steps of the checkout present in the page or does it load with ajax?
I am pretty sure that the signature pad does not initiate because the html element is hidden or not existing in the page at the initial page load.
In this case, you can search for the jquery intialization of the signature pad and try and add a .find() in fron of it or try an .on handler. That should identify the signature pad and initiate it in your setup (multi-step checkout). Please let me know if you can manage or would like me to have a look; this might actually do the trick.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Strange conflict with multi step checkoutHi guys!
Sorry… house renovating… did not get a chance to check the forum.I’m afraid that the plugin is not really designed to work with anything other then the standard WooCommerce checkout flow… it would be rather impossible for us to test it against all the multy-step checkout plugins out there 🙁
It appears to me that the issue is javascript related. Maybe even minify related if you use a caching plugin (slim chance… i suspect an all day regular plugin conflict, nothing more).
In all regards, I am afraid that it is not meant to work with a multi step checkout at all, but happy to make it work for you; I am really not sure even if we can share contacts here due to TOS ( I would not want to break any) but you can mail me at [email protected]
Cheers!

In reply to: [Order Signature for WooCommerce] Plugin Activated But No Signature BlockHi there!
The settings page is under WooCommerce -> Settings; There’s a tab there for it.There are settings which hide the signature page if you opt for placing it manually; if not, it should show on your checkout page.
Please let me know if you still have issues with it; happy to help.
Thanks!Hi Riaan!
I wanted to send you a v1.2 before we launch it with some updates, that allow you to place it wherever you need to withing your checkout, thank you and view order files + a shortcode, but apparently your gmail account blocks my email 🙁Yes, that is doable BUT you would need to know a bit of development, because the signature is not saved as an actual image.
I will be working on this feature during this week; I hope it would not take me too long to finish it, because it would have to be integrated in the right way, in order to work right for all users.
Please let me know if it can wait a few days so we may deliver this feature integrated the right way. Thanks!
