In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Update failed: Download failed. Not FoundSeems to be fixed with version 5.73.1. The version 5.73.0 had the download issue.
The tool tips (howver the ? ) of the text in the Independently verified tile are also not translated.
Ok, also some text in the tiles with reviews statistics are not translated.
Headline and text which are not translated:
Rating: Average review rating, Ratings distribution
Reviews: Reviews received, Review reminders
Status: Reminder sending
Some of the translations should be in the translation project but seem not to be used and others are missing.
Ok, some issues are fixed now.
- Shortcodes for the badges are translated.
- Choose categories… and Choose user roles… are also translated now.
The two check boxes where you can selected between not verfication and Independently verified are now partly translated on the page review reminders.
Missing translations are two options “Independently” verified and “No verification”. However some of them are in the translation project. E. G. Independently verified: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/stable/de/default/?filters%5Bterm%5D=Independently+verified&filters%5Bcase_sensitive%5D=yes&filters%5Bterm_scope%5D=scope_originals&filters%5Bstatus%5D=current_or_waiting_or_fuzzy_or_untranslated&filters%5Buser_login%5D=&filter=Apply+Filters&sort%5Bby%5D=priority&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc
Two text lines are missing in the “Independently verified” box and also in the translation project:
- Use CusRev for collection and verification of reviews
- I confirm that I will send review invitations only with consent of customers and agree to CusRev’s terms and conditions
Also the advertisement at the botton of the screen about the Pro version is not translated. Not sure, if you plan to do so. The text seems not to be part of the translation project.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] template location to edit sentenceI do not think you can change this text in the settings. You will need third party plugins like Loco Translate, WPML, etc. to change exisiting translations.
But what is the issue with this text? You could change in the review forms settings, if customers need to have bought your product or not in order to be able to write a review, if that’s your issue.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] My translations are lost in updatesPTE is Project Translation editor. You will have the right to approve or disapprove the translations on this page: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/tr/default/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/
As you can see, only 69% is translated, 17 text entries not translated and over 2000 entries are waiting for review. These could be also several translation suggestions for the same entry.
If you want to help with the translation you have to respect the glossary: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/tr/default/glossary/
It defines how certain terms have to be translated.
Check this page about the translation process: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/handbook/translating/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/
I think, this is the team you would need to contact: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/teams/?locale=tr_TR

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] My translations are lost in updatesYou could try to become a PTE and approve translations for the turkish language of this project. This way the translation will be in every update. I guess you add missing translations?
I’m using WordPress… so the plugin is translated for all of your customers in german
https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/stable/de/default/
The translations are not approved and in waiting status (yellow). Only when they are green, they are in the file.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Language of result review form messageI just checked the italien translation page and noticed that all strings are translated but not approved.
https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/it/default/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/
So it would be good, if a native speaker would offer to works a PTE for this project to verify and approve the text.
@albarosa Thanks for approving my translations. I just translated the remaining open entries.
I doubt I have the time to be a PTE. I’m also not that familiar with the plugin as I only use very basic features.
I guess, you need now to go through all 752 waiting entries and approve or reject them.
And this could be time consuming, because some are written formal or informal.
Also translations terms are not always consistent. E. g. :
Store reviews are translated in several entries as: Shop Rezessionen, Shoprezessionen, Shop-Bewertungen or Ladenbewertungen. Also one entry uses Websitereviews.
Maybe I can help with coping translations, when they are approved to the formal translation entries and make adjustments.
Hi @albarosa,
you can already contribute to the project I think. Same as me. You can suggest translations, however you can not approve translations unless you receive the rights of a project translator.
And it seems an active project translator is missing because more that 700 entries are waiting for approval. And it’s even worse for the formal german translation project.
Found other files which cause issues and David fixed it right away. Great support!
My issues are resolved with the latest dev version.
