Actually, found out that it’s not the WordPress Update but one of my plugins:
Speed Booster Pack
When WordPress updated, so did all of my plugins and I discovered that it’s actually an update to the above plugin that affected my images!

I found out that it was the latest WordPress update that has caused the issue.
I have restored back to the previous version and its all fine again!
