Hi,
I had the same problem but I resolved it.
You have to field map certain of your fiels with salesforce, specially your “pick list” or dropdown fields.
When you go to your form, click on the field and at the bottom, you will find field mapping, choose the salesforce object and then choose the right salesforce field you will map with.
This problem occur’s principaly with dropdown or picklist field’s. You will have to map them all.
