Yes, the problem is with WP Super Cache.
When I disabled caching, sitemaps return to work normally.
What should I do to disable caching sitemaps?Try to activate the sitemap feature from Yoast settings panel and publish a new post or simply update any old one and the sitemap will be automatically generated.
