One of my websites running v.2.0.1 still shows the entire area, so that made me wonder.
Also, would you please check the two screenshots below? First one shows the GB options to configure the blocks, second one does not, so GB is currently unusable on that website and I really want to fix it.

Your screenshot is exactly what I see. The bottom side is missing.
And the GB blocks on Appearance > Widgets do not show the GB options on the right side, but rather the default ones that WP comes with.
