Thanks for choosing WP BackItUp. Please go to this link for instructions to download and save your backup files.
You can also submit a support ticket. I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.
All requests may be submitted using the WP BackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.
Please go to the link below and fill out the support request form. We recommend that you provide as much detail as possible and we’ll be in touch soon.
