Sorry for the confusion. We are working on it and we were able to send a response. The ticket id is 422. I am not sure if you got the email but I sent it again today so we can proceed and fix this asap.

Unfortunately we dont offer team viewer support but tell me a bit more about whats going on. When does your screen go blank, when the backup starts or when you login to your dashboard?Thanks
