In reply to: [Comment Rating Field Plugin] Plugin not workingYour feedback is noted. However, we can’t begin to guess as to why a plugin does not work if we don’t have access to your installation.
Again, you’re welcome to use our support form on our web site, so we can securely request credentials to access your installation and resolve this for you.

In reply to: [Comment Rating Field Plugin] Comment and rating **Job Listing**There would be two steps to this:
1. Link the Job Listing Subscription to a taxonomy (for example, a Job Listing that has an active Subscription is assigned to the ‘Active’ category),
2. Using the Pro version of Comment Rating Field, you can enable rating fields only where a Job Listing has the ‘Active’ category taxonomy term.
Feel free to contact us via our support page at https://www.wpcube.co.uk/support if you have an example URL where we can see the current implementation, and we’d be happy to advise further.

In reply to: [Comment Rating Field Plugin] Remove RatingThis functionality is only on the Pro version, support for which is provided at https://www.wpcube.co.uk/support.
Thanks.
We’d need to look at the installation in question to advise further. Feel free to contact us via our support form at wpcube.co.uk.
Thanks for the feedback.
We did ask for staging credentials by email when you mentioned that you had a staging environment available. However, no credentials for staging were received, and therefore we were unable to resolve the issue. In these circumstances, a refund is the final option that we have.
Had you supplied staging credentials, we would have been more than happy to transfer your license to that installation, resolve the issue for you within a matter of minutes and then restored your license back to your production site.
Best of luck with the alternative solutions out there.
Buffer’s API for Twitter changed, meaning that if you attempt to send a tweet that’s longer than 140 characters, it will fail.
Previously, Buffer would truncate and resolve this without failing, ensuring all statuses would go through.
Two options:
1. We will investigate whether we can send statuses to each network individually, without impacting on performance. Should Twitter’s status fail, others would then work
2. The Pro version allows you to specify status messages per social media account. For example, you could specify a shorter Twitter update and a default, longer, Facebook update.Forum: Plugins

Reason: Better description of the issue and available resolutions
My previous reply still stands, and you’d need to follow the step listed above to get the assistance needed to resolve the issue.
We would need access to the site in the question to debug effectively, diagnose the fault and advise on the step(s) needed to resolve.
Given that the issues are on specific sites and/or sites in a multisite network, I would not conclude connection or permission issues.
Feel free to reach out via the support form at https://www.wpcube.co.uk/support, and we’ll advise of the access details needed.
This will be resolved in the next release of the Free version.
I can confirm inline CSS can be used in the Pro version without it being removed.
Alison,
Thank you for your review.
In response to the claims that you’ve made:
- We have <b>never</b> received direct access to your site. This is despite us repeatedly asking no fewer than four times. I find it interesting that you claim you’ve submitted these details to us.
- We never received an export file, which is producible in two clicks. Whilst not ideal for reproducing faults, it would have been a good start for us to try and help.
- You purchased our Product in August. We have responded to all correspondence within one working day, and note that on several occasions, we would receive responses from you in a week, sometimes more. Any implication that we’ve contributed to a three month delay is untrue.
- Your refund was processed several weeks outside of the refund window, as a good will gesture, because no access details were given to the problematic installation in question.
A simple, polite response to our support email providing the requested access details to the problematic site in question would have got you a solution within a couple of working days, saved you a purported three month delay and avoided the need for this review.
Should you still require assistance, you are welcome to reach out by email and provide the access details we’ve requested by email.
If not, I wish you the best with your project and hope you find a suitable plugin which can do the job better.
Tim.
Please confirm that the plugin settings are enabled to send a status update to Buffer on update.
Please confirm with your web host that:
1. PHP cURL extension is installed
2. You are able to make an outbound connection to api.bufferapp.com through PHP cURL, and that there are no firewall restrictions or similar blocking this. One of the above two will find the fault and therefore allow you to resolve the issue.
This is expected behaviour in the Free plugin.
The Pro version would generate all possible unique combinations i.e. 9 Pages.
