Our developers checked again the user permissions again several times. It works fine, as we programmed.
Maybe it’s something that comes from your side.
Can you test it on another website with WordPress standard theme?

At the moment I can only see that a customer can book the whole tour.
If we understand you right, then you should use the option “Maximum item count”. You can find this option from the Booking Calendar Themes page, General settings tab.
Also then I’d like the customer to be able to pay just a deposit by paypal and not the entire tour amount.
There isn’t a deposit option for PayPal, but you can set the deposit as price and write a description before the calendar(or in the “User info” field) that it is not the whole price, it’s just the deposit.

We checked the admin roles and everything works fine from our side.
The “Can edit other users Charts” means the following, if user X with the Subscriber role creates a chart, then user Y can’t view/edit it. The only user role that can view/edit the chart is the admin.
Can you tell us exactly what doesn’t work correctly?

Unfortunately, we can’t tell any time period. We are working on a large project, so it will take at least months.
It is not simple customization, otherwise, we would add this feature.

Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in both versions at the moment. We are working on another project at this moment, so we can’t tell when we can add such functionality.

Unfortunately, you can’t display all the calendars with one shortcode. There isn’t such functionality.
You can display all calendars by inserting all shortcodes one by one.
