Actually, the issue only arises when I select a Category to limit the posts to.

Thanks for the assistance. Whilst I had changed the Php.ini file to 4000 it required assistance from the Server Host to force the update through. It works fine now.

Thanks for the response. Yes that is who I am referring to and I have emailed them, though they only provide support if I upgrade. Be keen to hear if others have the same issue though.
