One thing I’d like to understand better before we contact PayPal merchant support. Card payments on this account were working fine until around 8 March 2026. The last successful on-site card transaction was 1 March 2026. The first failed order with the same gateway was 8 March 2026. Nothing changed on our end between those dates.Any idea what might have caused PayPal to flip the account from card-enabled to PAYEE_NOT_ENABLED_FOR_CARD_PROCESSING? Is this something PayPal does automatically during periodic account reviews, or is it usually tied to a specific trigger?
Asking so we can give the client useful context when they call PayPal support.i`m using the pro version 2.3.1

hi angela, sorry for the late reply. yes i have disabled ALD and seems this issue of reverting back to processing didnt happen anymore when the plugin is deactivated.
