In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] BLC Local Emails are sending broken linksHi @turbodb,
Could you please provide site info? You should find that in your WP dashboard under Tools > Site Health > Info and by clicking the “Copy site info to Clipboard” button.
You can also check whether you have any redirection plugins. Or any custom plugins/theme that uses admin_url or site_url filters?
You can share the site info or attach any files using Google Drive, Dropbox, or pastebin, and share the URL with usRegards,
Nithin
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: I installed wordpress and my website is not there?Hi @pacman0002,
Could we know exactly what error you see when you load the domain URL? Are you referring to any issues loading the domain, or are the files not present on the server?
Did you check with your hosting provider to see if they can pinpoint what went wrong?
If you could also share the domain URL, it would be helpful. Please provide further details about the issues observed so we can get a better idea.
Regards,
Nithin
Hi @weju,
I’m checking with our team regarding whats the expected behaviour and whether it’ll require custom css or not.
Will keep you posted once we get further updates.

Nithin
Hi @iamazified,
I could notice the styles aren’t loading, however, I don’t see any console errors though. Seems like you are using a cache plugin, have you tried to clear the cache and see how it goes?
Would also recommend temporarily disabling minification and seeing if that resolves the issue, to better rule out what might be causing it. The above steps would help in looking in the right direction.
If the issue is still the same even after the above steps then please do share the export if possible.
Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Pastebin, Dropbox, or any cloud service in the next reply.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
NithinHi @tbowenwso,
I’m afraid the description under “Field Labels” is only meant to display in the form. To pass data to stripe side you should add that under the “Settings” tab in the same Stripe field and under “Payment Details”, where you could fill up the Payment Description field as seen in the following screenshot:
Screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/HnKXoT3.pngHave you tried the above?
If you still have issues even after the above, then please do share the form export so that we can have a better idea regarding the settings.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Cloud – Curser spinning & zero hits on serverHi @jeffw203,
Possible to share the site URL, so that we could give a closer look? In case you don’t want to share the URL publicly, you can share it to the following email [email protected] using this template to share the site URL:

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] curl_close is deprecatedHi @timse201,
We have brought this to the attention of our Broken Link Checker team so it can be fixed in upcoming updates.
At the moment, we don’t have an exact ETA for the release status. Thanks for pointing it out.
Regards,
Nithin
Hi @boabo ,
Since we couldn’t replicate it, it’s tough to say exactly what might have caused it on your side. Cache could be a factor. However, if you happen to replicate the issue again, the URL to the page where you have the form, as well as the form export requested in my previous response, would be helpful.
Best Regards,
Nithin
Hi @webbyisaac,
Is the issue with any one specific form? Or in general? However, this issue arises from conflict. Have you tried checking whether you get the same issue when you temporarily disable all plugins except Forminator and use a default WP theme?
The above steps would help in ruling out what exactly is causing it. Would highly recommend you setup a staging site and check if you could run a conflict test to see if that helps in ruling out the issue.
If the issue is still the same even after the above then could you please check if there are Forminator tables created in the database? ie
wp_frmt_form_entry wp_frmt_form_entry_meta wp_frmt_form_reports wp_frmt_form_viewsThe wp_ in the above are prefix and will change depending upon your site.
Please do let us know how that goes.
Regards,
Nithin
Hi @georgerweber,
That’s an odd behaviour, in general, Forminator doesn’t have any specific setting for sending the email, it uses the default settings from your WP site/server. So if an email gets sent, it’s through the WP site’s or server’s email host configuration.
Could you please use an Email Log plugin and check whether any errors are captured in the email logs? You can use a plugin like the following:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/
Possible causes are that the email is being filtered in the destination email inbox or that there are specific errors. The above email log plugin should help in ruling it out.
Also, if possible please do check and see if you could setup an SMTP and see if that makes any difference? In most cases, setting SMTP plugins should help with fixing issues related to email deliverability.
You can check this for more info:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtpPlease do check and see how that goes.

Nithin
Hi @llannik,
I would like to update that our Forminator team has confirmed this bug, so we don’t need the form export as mentioned above.
At the moment there isn’t any exact ETA we could provide bug can confirm the issue is being looked into.
Thanks for bringing this into our attention.

Nithin
Hi @mawuart,
