I’ll run the tests you mentioned. I don’t use any redirect plugins.

Since we couldn’t replicate the issue, it’s tough to say what exactly might have caused it. Please do let us know how the above test goes.

Is the issue only with one specific URL? Or do you notice the same with more URLs like this? If you still encounter an issue after the conflict test, then please share the URL shown in the results so we can get a better idea.

Thanks for your feedback; however, you could add HTML fields inside the Email Notification in Forminator to get the desired style in the notification in table form, i.e., for example:

<th>Phone No.</th>
<th>Message</th>

However, I suppose you meant there should be different notification templates supported by default? Is it only with copying to a spreadsheet where you think it’s helpful? Could you please open a new support thread with us so we can better understand the workflow you are looking for in Forminator? This will help us check and consider whether it could be implemented in future versions.

However, have you considered using the Google Sheets integration, where submissions would automatically be stored in the spreadsheet, eliminating the copy-and-paste step?

<span style=”font-size: inherit;”>We got further feedback from our developers, we use the intl-tel-input library to manage this functionality. Per the library’s standards, (413) 256-8898 is recognized as the national format, whereas +1 413-256-8898 represents the international format.</span>

To adjust these settings, please go to the Phone field, navigate to Settings, and locate the Validation section, where you can make the desired changes.
