Thank you for your response. After conducting additional research, I discovered that Divi 5 will not display the form associated with the shortcode in the visual builder. It does, however, display correctly on the live page. As I understand it, this is by design in Divi 5. Because the form design takes place in Forminator, that is where all styling must take place. Now everything makes perfect sense. The “Edit form” message that appears in the visual builder is instructing us to do exactly that. As a suggestion, changing the message to “Edit this form in Forminator” might help clear up the type of confusion I experience as a new user.

That allowed me to add the hd=true parameter and that seems to be one way to get the results I seek. Your comments will be welcomed.

I spun up a new site on my localhost and everything is working fine with a minimal child theme setup. Thank you again for pointing me in the right direction to get past this issue.

In reply to: [Admin Menu Editor] Media Not Visible in Menu in Child ThemeHi, Janis. Yes, this is related to the Admin Menu Editor plugin. I am able to reorder items when either the Divi theme or the child theme is active, but I cannot see the Media menu item when the child theme is active.

In order for the featured image to be accessible to the new role user, I had to grant permission to Upload Files. As the article pointed out, this setting is not intuitive, but it’s the way WordPress works.
