Nicole– I had the same problem. Went to k–‘s link, but didn’t begin to understand any of the suggestions. Tried googling on the web itself — spent at least half an hour looking at dozens of suggestions, none of which I understood. Then I tried something that was suggested nowhere — switching my browsers, in this case, from Chrome to Internet Explorer. It worked. (At least so far.)
