Unfortunately, there is no way to add a dynamic tag in the Author Query section of the Course List widget or to add courses to a page based on the author with Elementor dynamic tags.

You have created cart and checkout page by using shortcodes or using Gutenberg block? You must have to create checkout and cart page by using WooCommerce shortcodes.
